If our county or the state of Colorado has to shut down again due to Covid we will refund you if you cannot come or refund any unused nights in your reservation.
Upon entering this property you can’t help but notice the INCREDIBLE views from EVERY room in the house! Mt. Crested Butte and the ski area are framed by large picture windows every room you set foot in. Luxury mattresses and large bedrooms make those afternoon naps after a long bike ride or a wonderful night’s sleep after a hard day of skiing even more enjoyable.
This house is only 3/10’s of a mile from the Silver Queen lift and the rest of the base area. It is an easy walk.
This house is set up as an ‘upside down’ house meaning that the main living room, dining and kitchen area are on the first level as you walk in. This means you get incredible views of the ski area. A gas fireplace in the heart of the living room will help you warm up after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking ware and offers plenty of room for many a cook to move about. There is seating for 7 at the dining table with seating for 3 more on the bar counter.
The lower floor of the duplex has all 3 bedrooms and the laundry room. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king size bed. It’s adjoining bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, natural stone shower and a vanity with 2 sinks. One guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a queen on the bottom and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom that is accessible from the hallway. The laundry room is right across the hallway from the middle bedroom.
The house has a very short but slightly steep driveway that would require an all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months if you wish to park in the driveway. Otherwise, there is a small parking lot that is about a 30 second walk from the house. For this parking location you would not need 4 wheel or all wheel drive.
Crested Butte offers endless activities for the young and young at heart! Whether it’s mountain biking in the summer, first class skiing in the winter or watching the brilliant red and gold aspen leaves in the fall, Crested Butte has something for everyone. Come enjoy ‘Colorado’s last great ski town!’

The owners do keep a car in the garage year round so this space would be for your gear storage only.
6 night free n/a during months of March & July, Xmas/New Years holiday, during Crested Butte Arts Festival.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Due to HOA covenants and tight parking we cannot allow trailers at this location.

Cancellation Policy: Due to Covid 19, we have changed our cancellation policy. Reservations that are completed before 12/15/2020 have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded in full less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival are non refundable. Reservations that are completed after 12/15/2020 will have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded in full less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non refundable. If we can replace your reservation and re-book the dates, we will credit you any monies that we are able to recoup up to your full rental amount over your rental period less a $100 fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
