Escape to the mountains in this comfortable condo located in close proximity to the mountain with privacy, space and lots of sunshine. The free shuttle (winter only) to the base area is in the cul de sac and is literally just steps from the parking lot.
The condo is located on the 1st floor of the triplex and you would walk down 1 flight of steps to get to the entry door. Once in the condo you are welcomed to an open floor plan that encompasses the living/dining and kitchen space. The living room has a Smart flatscreen tv (with Roku) and DVD player, easy to operate gas fireplace and lots of comfortable space to make yourself at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to entertain. In the warmer months, you have access to a side patio right off of the kitchen. The stacked washer/dryer is located across from the kitchen for your ease of use.
Down the short hallway from the kitchen to the left, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The master bedroom also has a smart tv (with Roku). You will also find a shared bath in the hallway. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over twin) and a queen bed to comfortably sleep 4 people.
The Sun Castle complex also has a hot tub area and large sun deck, perfect for soaking up the sunshine in the summer season.
This unit can accommodate 2 parking spaces but no more. No smoking or pets are allowed and guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Children with a parent or guardian are always welcome. The HOA does not allow RV’s or trailers of any kind.

Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will come after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don’t hesitate to ask.
The condo shuttle takes you to the base area in the winter and than you can take the free town shuttle into town. It does not operate in the summer.
Guests are welcome to use their own Netflix account with the televisions. Unfortunately there is not a grill at this property.
