CBMR is closed for the season due to Covid-19. We are following our county public health director’s mandates on when we will be able to reopen for short term rental business. Currently our county is closed at least until mid-April.
On 4/2/2020 we have altered our cancellation policy to 14 days. If you request cancellation at least 14 days prior to your arrival date you may cancel with only a $100 cancellation fee. Once you are 13 days or less from your arrival date the reservation will be non-refundable. This is for any reservations that end by 12/15/2020.
This is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom home in the Crested Butte South subdivision. Close access to Cement Creek Rd and the trails there, 20 minutes to Almont for world class fishing and 10 minutes to the town of Crested Butte. Many biking, hiking and ATV trails originate from this area.
Upon entry, you will find yourself in a sizable mudroom with the access to the stairway to the second level with immediate access to the the laundry room with full size washer/dryer and powder bath. From here, you continue to the fully equipped kitchen and then the great room that encompass the open living and dining room area. The living area has a gas fireplace to warm up after a long day on the slopes or a cool summer evening and a large flatscreen tv that has Roku TV. Off of the dining room is access to the deck/backyard which features a sizable grill, hot tub (unfortunately the hot tub is in need of replacement and is slated to be replaced by 7/1/2020. Until the time there is not a usable hot tub) and in the summer months, an outdoor fire pit.
The main floor is set up to entertain with the cook being able to converse with those in the great room. The dining area seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the large kitchen island.
The second floor features all four bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed. There is also a large en-suite bathroom with large soaker tub and separate shower. The first guest room has a king bed. The 2nd guest room has a full bed. The 3rd guest room has 4 twin beds and a large screen tv. This bedroom also acts as an additional “hang out” or media room.
The 3 guest rooms share a full sized bath also on this floor.
Guests have use of 1 garage space to park a car. Although the driveway is not particularly steep, 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is recommended in the winter. You will find plenty of gear storage in the garage and breezeway of the house.
The house is equipped with Wifi and the televisions are connected to Roku. Cell phone service can be spotty here.
The POA does allow trailers up to 19′ to be parked at the home provided it is parked in the driveway or the garage. No on-street parking or parking off driveway is allowed. RV’s are only allowed for 1 night. If you have questions, please visit the POA website link provided below.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
We will consider 2 well behaved dogs with proper notification and approval from Alpine Property Management.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the first day of your reservation less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 60 day’s notice will result in 100% loss of all rental payment. If we can replace your reservation and re-book the dates, we will credit you any monies that we are able to recoup up to your full rental amount over your rental period less a $100 fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
