The main living area is on the ground floor. It includes the spacious kitchen, dining area with room for 6 at the table, and a chic and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and brand new smart TV. Large windows face south and provide tons of natural light and views. In warmer weather, enjoy your meals on the spacious deck overlooking a nature preserve.
The master bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen bed, dedicated work space and large master bathroom with natural stone, soaking jet tub and separate shower.
Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own deck, as well as a shared bathroom with full tub and shower, plus a laundry room.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. Please note: owner does travel with their dog. Gas grill will be added in Summer 2023.

Crested Butte South is a vibrant community located a 10-minute drive from downtown Crested Butte. The townhouse itself is at the end of a quiet road in the flats of CB South. You’re a 5-minute walk to the bus stop (free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte and ski mountain), Red Mountain Park, Camp 4 Coffee and a few eateries. In addition to all that Town and the Mountain has to offer, CB South has an ice rink and groomed Nordic trails in the winter, and endless hiking in Cement Creek in the summer. The location offers easier driving in all weather without sacrificing views. Parking for 2 vehicles in front of townhouse and room for one small vehicle in garage. Absolutely no RVs, trailers or extra large vehicles allowed at property. No overflow parking. Please do not book this property if you plan to travel with a trailer or anything larger than a Suburban or full sized truck.
