This newly updated house has so much character and amazing unobstructed views from its large, west facing deck. It has two living spaces with separate entrances that can be used together or separated which allows for flexibility with multiple families or multi-generational groups. A large mudroom greets you upon entering which is fantastic for storing gear and jackets. The open floor plan really makes this house feel bigger than it is. The fully stocked kitchen has so much space for cooking, gathering and eating with 3 barstools at one counter. One thing to note is that there is no dishwasher. There is a separate coffee/bar area adjacent to the kitchen and dining room which is nice for added space.
The dining table seats 6 and if you’re facing west you’ll have unobstructed views out the oversized living room windows. A large deck is situated on the west side of the house as well. It’s private and boasts a world class view.
The living area has lots of seating for all to convene and play games or socialize with a gas fireplace to warm up after a long day on the slopes. There is a bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed as well as a full bathroom with a tub. A full size washer and dryer are available on this floor.
There is a loft with spiral stairs leading up to it from the mudroom. A bedroom which overlooks the downstairs has a full size bed. Keep in mind that this bedroom is loft-style in that it is open to the floor below on one wall but is walled in on the other 3 walls and has a door for privacy. The rest of the loft is a perfect hang out for kids or folks wanting to relax and watch TV. You will also find a full bathroom on this floor.
There is a full self sufficient studio apartment as well (bedroom 3). It has its own outside entrance and mudroom area. It can also we accessed through a door in the living room of the main house. It has a beautiful remodeled bathroom and a cute, fully functional studio styled kitchen. Your group can decide how to use these spaces most efficiently.
Parking: All vehicles must park in the driveway. The garage is not for guest use, except for gear storage. We can accommodate 2 vehicles outside the garage. NO on street parking is allowed in the town of Mt. Crested Butte.
This house is in a quiet neighborhood on Paradise Road. The free shuttle will stop in front of the house for access to the ski area. You can change buses at the ski area and ride down to the Town of Crested Butte. The ski resort is approximately .6 of a mile if you chose to walk. There is great cross country skiing and snowshoeing close by. In the summer months, the location couldn’t be better for access to some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
This property does not allow pets of any kind.

Reservations may be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date. The 5% booking fee will not be refunded.
If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
