We have altered our cancellation policy and you can cancel, for any reason, with a $100 cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to arrival. This is applicable for any reservations that end by 12/15/2020. If our county or the state of Colorado has to shut down again due to Covid we will refund you if you cannot come or refund any unused nights in your reservation.
This brand new upscale remodel is sure to please for your mountain vacation! The condo was completely redone (summer 2020) with the help of a local interior designer. No detail has been ignored. The open floor plan and large kitchen will be perfect for enjoying meals, games, movies or just catching up with friends and family. The kitchen has everything you’ll need as well as brand new GE appliances and oversized natural stone island. A bluetooth speaker allows you to listen to music while you cook. The cozy living room has a wood burning fireplace (wood provided starting winter 2020/2021), large smart TV with Sonos sound bar and Spectrum cable. Enjoy the collage of local photos in the dining area that seats 6. 4 additional seats can be found at the bartop. There is a large balcony off the open living area with 4 adirondack chairs, a gas grill and one of the best views of Mt. Crested Butte in the area.
There are 3 bedrooms in this second story condo. The master bedroom with a full en suite bath and king size bed has a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds in total). There is a shared full bath with shower across from the kitchen for the 2 guest bedrooms. A new full-sized washer and dryer in the condo help complete the space.
There is a shared outdoor oversized hot tub and tennis court in the complex. In addition to this there is a changing room and an additional grill here.
The outdoor areas are well-kept and landscaped nicely. There is a one car garage below the unit to park or put your gear as well as an additional parking space outside. The condo is a 2 minute ride on the free shuttle bus to the ski area. The shuttle stop is less than a minute walk from the condo unit. Once at the base area you can catch the “town shuttle” which will take you to the town of Crested Butte or walk right to the slopes.
The outdoor hot tub and tennis courts are just a few steps away and are for guest use. The hot tub is one of the few open year round (including off-season). Tennis is of course also seasonal from Summer to Fall.
The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes next to the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter.
Guests that are 25 years or older are welcome. Guests under 25 are welcome with their parents or guardians. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit.
Firewood for the fireplace and propane for the grill are provided for you.
The condo is equipped with high speed wifi.

Reservations with departure dates after 12/15/2020 can be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date for just a $100 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel your reservation in the non-refundable period, with your written permission, we will try to re-rent the property for you. If successful, we will refund you what we were able to generate over the same dates as your reservation less the $100 cancellation fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
Parking for Outrun Condominiums – Not more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of
the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available.
