If our county or the state of Colorado has to shut down again due to Covid we will refund you if you cannot come or refund any unused nights in your reservation.
This house is currently listed for sale. Owners will honor any reservations but you may be asked to show this house during your stay. If this makes you feel uncomfortable in any way please do not book it.
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home in the Pitchfork neighborhood of Mt. Crested Butte. It is 1/2 a block to the shuttle route that runs to the base area of the mountain and you are within minutes of numerous biking and hiking trails. This is a pet friendly property!
The house is set up as an upside down house which allow you to capitalize on the incredible views in our area from the living room. On the bottom floor you will find a spacious garage, laundry room and the mudroom. On the 2nd floor you will find the main living/dining/and kitchen. The comfortable living room hosts a gas fireplace and flatscreen smart TV as well as a south facing balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The living room has ample space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware etc. and has an adjoining dining area that seats 8 around the dining room table and 3 at the bar top. You will also find a powder room on this floor.
On the 3rd floor you will find all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom offers 2 twins. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full bath on this floor with a tub/shower combo. You will also find a pack n play for your use as well as a twin size rollaway bed for an additional guest.
1 well behaved dog is welcome but you must let us know when you book. If you are not bringing a pet with you we can refund the $100 fee after checkout but please let us know.
Renters must be 25 years old to rent this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
The property has 2 parking places and one of these is in the garage. The HOA does not allow on-street parking. No trailers or RV’s can be parked at the property.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property.
Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement between our company, Alpine Property Mgmt, and themselves after booking. If you care to see the agreement prior please send us an email.
A one-time $25 HOA fee is added to each booking upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy: Due to Covid 19, we have changed our cancellation policy. Reservations that are completed before 12/15/2020 have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded in full less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival are non refundable. Reservations that are completed after 12/15/2020 will have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded in full less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non refundable. If we can replace your reservation and re-book the dates, we will credit you any monies that we are able to recoup up to your full rental amount over your rental period less a $100 fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
