This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home in the Pitchfork neighborhood of Mt. Crested Butte. It is 1/2 a block to the shuttle route that runs to the base area of the mountain and you are within minutes of numerous biking and hiking trails.
The house is set up as an upside down house which is typical for our area. On the bottom floor you will find a spacious garage, a spacious laundry room and the mudroom. On the 2nd floor you will find the main living/dining/and kitchen. The living room hosts a gas fireplace and flatscreen smart TV as well as a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or simply to enjoy the views. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware etc. 8 can fit comfortably around the dining room table and the living room offers lots of space to spread out. You will also find a powder room on this floor.
On the 3rd floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom offers 2 twins. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full bath on this floor with a tub/shower combo. You will also find a pack n play for your use as well as a twin size rollaway bed for an additional guest.
1 well behaved dog is welcome but you must let us know when you book.
Renters must be 25 years old to rent this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
The property has 2 parking places and one of these is in the garage. The HOA does not allow on-street parking. No trailers or RV’s can be parked at the property.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property.
Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement between our company, Alpine Property Mgmt, and themselves after booking. If you care to see the agreement prior please send us an email.
A one-time $25 HOA fee is added to each booking upon checkout.
