This renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath Outrun condo located steps from the free shuttle to the base area. The complex also offers a communal hot tub and tennis courts.
This condo is located on the 3rd floor and has no more stairs once you enter. Tastefully renovated and appointed, this is a wonderful property to call home for a few days or a few weeks.
Upon walking in, you will find yourself in the great room which is open to the living area, kitchen and the dining area which seats 6. Additional seating for 3 available on the bar top next to the kitchen. Off the dining area you have glass doors to your deck to enjoy views of Mt. Crested Butte. There is a flatscreen tv connected to Spectrum cable and with an alternative to use Apple TV (bring your own account info). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and new appliances to enjoy. Unfortunately the fireplace is no longer available for use as of 11/2021.
Across from the kitchen is a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall from this you will find the first guest bedroom with a queen bed, then a 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed (2 twins), 1 trundle bed and 1 crib. Across from the bunk bedroom you will find a full size washer and dryer for your use. Next to this is the master bedroom with a king bed (new as of 2/21), en suite bathroom and private deck. The queen bedroom also has a flatscreen tv connected to Spectrum cable.
A grill is available for your use in the garage. MT Crested Butte doesn’t allow large propane tanks on the decks of any condos that are rented so we have shifted the grill to the garage.
The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes next to the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter.
No pets and no smoking of any kind is allowed in the property. Trailers and RV’s also unfortunately cannot be accommodated here.
The hot tub is one of the few in the area that is open year round for guest use. There is also a private tennis court that is open seasonally on the property.
Our company does request that you sign a separate rental policy upon booking. If you would like to see this prior to booking, please ask and I’d be happy to email it to you.
Guests 25 and older or children with their parent(s) or guardian(s) are welcome.
There is a private garage for your use and we have the ability to park 1 additional car in the lot.

Parking for Outrun Condominiums – Not more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of
the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available.
Reservations may be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date. The 5% booking fee will not be refunded.
If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
