Start your vacation in luxury at this beautiful 4 BR Villa home in Mt. Crested Butte. You can easily walk to the slopes or ride your bike straight to the trails from this well located property. The base area is a short 5 minute walk away where you can also get on a bus that will take you to the town of Crested Butte.
On the lower floor of the house, you will find a large media room complete with comfortable couches and a full bathroom. A large screen television on this level allows the kids or adults to relax after a long day recreating. Also on this level is a laundry room and the 1 car garage.
On the 2nd floor you will find dramatic views of Mt. Crested Butte from the windows of the living room or while enjoying the hot tub on the adjoining deck. The floor has a great room with the fully equipped kitchen looking into the living room and the dining area. You can also find a powder bath. The living area has a gas fireplace and large screen tv. The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath with separate shower and soaker are also on this floor. The master bedroom also has a flatscreen tv. Off of the living room deck you will find the private 6-7 person hot tub as well as a grill for your use. In season there is a small table and chairs to enjoy the deck.
On the 3rd floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms each with their own ensuite full baths. 1 of the bedrooms has a tv connected to cable and 1 other bedroom has a tv that is set up for dvd watching only.
You will find this an incredibly comfortable property to call home for however long you can stay with us.
There is 1 twin rollaway bed kept on the bottom floor of the house that is available for your use. While we can sleep 10 people, we do only have beds for 9 plus an infant/toddler in a pack n play. To confirm we have 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, a pack n play, and 1 twin rollaway bed.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and nor are trailers or RV’s. We cannot rent to anyone under 25 years of age but children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
Parking: No trailers, RVs, boats, side by sides, ATVs, may be parked outside. These must fit inside the garage. All other vehicles, including cars and trucks, shall be parked in the designated off-street parking associated with the subject unit at all times (this is the garage and driveway only). The maximum number of vehicles permitted shall be limited to the amount of off-street parking associated with the subject unit which is 3. No parking is allowed on any street, or in the overflow parking lot since the overflow parking lot is for owner use only. No parking on the grass of any unit.
