This is a great 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the Pitchfork neighborhood of Mt. Crested Butte. A short 1 minute walk to the free shuttle to the base area of the mountain or about a mile drive. The town of Crested Butte is an easy 3 mile drive South. The recreation path that separates the 2 towns is just about 1/4 mile away.  This is a 3 story property.  

The home is set up with the living, dining, and kitchen on the 2nd floor. The living room has a gas fireplace to warm you after a day on the slopes and a fully equipped kitchen to create your own meals.  Including a new air fryer January 2022. There is also a flatscreen TV with DirecTV on this level.

This home offers beautiful views to the west out over the Washington Gulch area as well as to the East where you can see the famous steeps of Mt. Crested Butte. It is on the fence line so you have no one behind you with unimpeded views.

On the main level of the home you have a bunk bed in the front bedroom with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. There is also a second bedroom on this floor with a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the lowest level of the floor is a sub-floor/basement level that is completely finished. There is another queen bed here with a flatscreen tv with surround sound, there is a TV that can also play DVD’s and its connected to DirecTV. Also on that level is a full bathroom with steam shower and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The house also has a small 1 car garage with plenty of storage for your gear. This is a fantastic house, a great place to create some amazing memories while you enjoy all that the Crested Butte area has to offer.

2 parking spaces come with the house with one being in the garage and one being in the driveway only.

No trailers or RV’s are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Parking and Vehicles. Parking of vehicles on a Lot is permitted only within Garages or designated parking spaces, except that vehicles may be parked temporarily in other areas as an expedience while loading and unloading. Personal property storage in each Garage shall be limited so as to enable the intended number of motor vehicles to be stored in each such Garage. No Persons shall park any vehicles on Outlot A, designated on the Plat, except Owners and Permitted Users of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10. (4.6)

The following are absolutely prohibited from within the Common Interest Community and shall not be parked or stored on any street or Lot or in a Garage:

  1. Motor homes, recreational vehicles, and campers except a camper mounted on a pickup;
  2. All terrain vehicles (ATVs);
  3. Trailers of any kind;
  4. Snowmobiles;
  5. Boats, except kayaks and inflatable rafts, which shall be stored inside or outside in the rear of the Lot if such storage is neat and not visible from any street;
  6. Abandoned or inoperable vehicles of any kind. An abandoned or inoperable vehicle shall mean any vehicle which is not capable of being driven under its own propulsion or does not have current registration. (4.7)

An illegally parked vehicle is subject to towing and impounding in accordance with Town ordinances. Such action may be initiated by any Owner, resident or lessee without prior notice. Parking is expressly prohibited on any grass or landscaped area. Each parking space shall be maintained in a clean, safe and attractive condition and shall be kept free from litter and debris. No gasoline, gasohol, distillate, diesel, kerosene, naphtha, or other similar volatile combustible or explosive materials shall be stored in any parking area except in the fuel tanks of vehicles parked therein and used for transportation purposes. Owners, residents and lessees shall abide by all traffic laws within Pitchfork.
