One room has a king and the other has a queen bed. There is also access to the attached 2 car garage, which has room for two small vehicles to park inside. There is room for 3 more vehicles in the driveway. A small foyer with bench and hooks is accessed when entering through the front door.
Upstairs you’ll find two more guest rooms that share a full bath (with bathtub). One room has a king and the other “bunk room” has two twin beds and a queen bed complete with a large smart TV with a Roku for streaming your apps with your personal subscriptions.
Finish your day with a nice soak in the private outdoor hot tub with Mt. Crested Butte looming nearby.
This property’s location is conveniently located on the free shuttle bus route. You can simply walk outside and wait at the end of the driveway for the free shuttle. In summer months, you are close to so many popular trails for hiking and biking. You can ride right from the house!
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees. NO trailers. There is a ring doorbell at this property.
