If our county or the state of Colorado has to shut down again due to Covid we will refund you if you cannot come or refund any unused nights in your reservation.
This is a great 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the Pitchfork neighborhood of Mt. Crested Butte. A short 1 minute walk to the free shuttle to the base area of the mountain or about a mile drive. The town of Crested Butte is an easy 3 mile drive South. The recreation path that separates the 2 towns is just about 1/4 mile away.
The home is set up with the living, dining, and kitchen on the 2nd floor. The living room has a gas fireplace to warm you after a day on the slopes and a fully equipped kitchen to create your own meals. There is also a flatscreen TV with surround sound and DirecTV on this level.
This home offers beautiful views to the west out over the Washington Gulch area as well as to the East where you can see the famous steeps of Mt. Crested Butte. It is on the fence line so you have no one behind you with unimpeded views.
On the main level of the home you have a bunk bed in the front bedroom with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. There is also a second bedroom on this floor with a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the lowest level of the floor is a sub-floor/basement level that is completely finished. There is another queen bed here with a flatscreen tv with surround sound, there is a Playstation with that TV that can also play DVD’s and its connected to DirecTV. Also on that level is a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.
The house also has a 1 car garage with plenty of storage for your gear. This is a fantastic house, a great place to create some amazing memories while you enjoy all that the Crested Butte area has to offer.
2 parking spaces come with the house with one being in the garage and one being in the driveway only.
No trailers or RV’s are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Cancellation Policy: Due to Covid 19, we have changed our cancellation policy. Reservations that are completed before 12/15/2020 have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded in full less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival are non refundable. Reservations that are completed after 12/15/2020 will have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded in full less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non refundable. If we can replace your reservation and re-book the dates, we will credit you any monies that we are able to recoup up to your full rental amount over your rental period less a $100 fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
