Incredible views abound from this ski in/out property in the Gateway Condos. Walk out your door and down the stairs from your balcony and you are truly slope side. You can catch the Peachtree or Westwall lift by skiing/riding down or walking up to the Silver Queen lift. Sit out on your balcony and enjoy the views or watch your friends and family ski to you. Summer mountain biking and hiking abound on the mountain and you are steps away from any adventure.
The condo is set up with a very comfortable open floor plan. There is a large kitchen stocked with all of your cooking needs and it opens up to a bar top and beyond into the living room. The living room has a flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. Kick up your feet at the end of a long day on the slopes or the backcountry. The dining area is off to the side of this. Off of the dining area you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the other side of the condo you will find the guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (2 full beds and 2 twin beds) and another ensuite bathroom. The condo has its own washer and dryer in the unit.
ONLY 1 well behaved dog is welcome. No cats allowed. The HOA strictly enforces the ONE DOG RULE. Please don’t ask for an exception. We are not able to make them.
The Gateway complex has an exterior communal hot tub with a grilling area for owners and guests.
Renters 25 and up are welcome. Due to HOA covenants, unfortunately we cannot allow trailers at this condo.
The hot tub is open seasonally, typically the entire winter ski season and than the last weekend of June til Labor Day.

Parking – Each condo gets 1 parking space and that space is located in the garage. The garage does have a low clearance and if your vehicle does not fit, there are several parking spaces outside the north garage entrance which are first come first served. If you have to park in one of these spaces you must put your parking pass in the vehicle. The vehicle must have a parking pass in it. No trailers or RV parking is available. Please note there is NO extra parking available in the complex for additional vehicles. The garage door clearance is 82 inches.
