This is a fantastic Eagles Nest condo on the lower end of the complex. Catch the free condo loop shuttle to take you down to the base area. Under new ownership as of June 2019!
The new owners will be renovating the entire main floor to include the kitchen fall of 2019. This renovation will finish by end of November 2019. Once renovations are complete we will post new pictures.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor with 2 additional floors of living above you. As you walk in you will find the kitchen/dining/and living area complete with flatscreen tv (with cable) and woodburning fireplace (wood provided). There is a lovely deck just off the living area that allows you to line our your runs for the day. Also on this floor is a powder bath.
On the next floor is the master bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo. On this same floor is the first guest room with a king bed. In the hallway is another full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a smart tv where you can watch cable tv from the Spectrum app that is set up or Netflix/Hulu from your account (bring your account info!).
On the 3rd floor of the condo is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twin beds and 1 full size). This is a perfect area for the kids to spread out and get away from the adults!
There is one garage space on the first floor along with a full sized washer and dryer for this unit only. There are 2 parking spaces available with this unit, 1 being the garage space. There is no additional parking.
Steps away is a communal hot tub with exceptional views of Mt. Crested Butte. There is not a grill on the property.
Guests must be 25 years of age to rent from us. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian. No pets are allowed.
Alpine Property Management offers discount ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports.
No trailers/RV’s can be accommodated at this complex.

The hot tub is seasonal and its typical operating seasons are the ski season, opening day to closing day. It is typically closed for spring off-season and than reopened for summer around the last week of June to Labor Day. If its important to you to have it and you are coming in our shoulder seasons, please ask if it will be open and we’ll contact the HOA for you.
We do have a company rental policy that we will ask that you sign upon booking. If you’d like to see it prior to booking please let us know.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 61 days or more from the date of arrival are refundable except for a $100 administration fee. Cancellations 60 days and less from the date of arrival are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the property.
