The house is set up as an upside down house which allow you to capitalize on the incredible views in our area from the living room. On the bottom floor you will find a spacious garage, laundry room and the mudroom. On the 2nd floor you will find the main living/dining/and kitchen. The comfortable living room hosts a gas fireplace and flatscreen smart TV as well as a south facing balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The living room has ample space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware etc. and has an adjoining dining area that seats 8 around the dining room table and 3 at the bar top. You will also find a powder room on this floor.
On the 3rd floor you will find all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed and the 3rd bedroom offers 2 twins. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full bath on this floor with a tub/shower combo. You will also find a pack n play for your use.
There is a full sized laundry set on the ground floor as well as a mudroom for gear, jackets, and shoes. A garage is available for storing bikes or parking a car inside. This property has a gas grill. There is room for 2 cars on sight-one is the garage, and one in the driveway. HOA covenants do not allow street side parking so only 2 parking spaces are available. Trailers and RV’s cannot be parked in the Pitchfork subdivision.
Please note that on some of our marketing channels this property is showing up as having A/C. It does NOT nor do any of our rentals. Fortunately in the mountains our evening summer temps get into the 50’s so simply by opening the windows you’ll experience some lovely temps and nature made A/C.
This is a pet friendly property where 1 well behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee. Any damage incurred by the pet will be the responsibility of the renter.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees as well.

Parking and Vehicles. Parking of vehicles on a Lot is permitted only within Garages or designated parking spaces, except that vehicles may be parked temporarily in other areas as an expedience while loading and unloading. Personal property storage in each Garage shall be limited so as to enable the intended number of motor vehicles to be stored in each such Garage. No Persons shall park any vehicles on Outlot A, designated on the Plat, except Owners and Permitted Users of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10. (4.6)
The following are absolutely prohibited from within the Common Interest Community and shall not be parked or stored on any street or Lot or in a Garage:
An illegally parked vehicle is subject to towing and impounding in accordance with Town ordinances. Such action may be initiated by any Owner, resident or lessee without prior notice. Parking is expressly prohibited on any grass or landscaped area. Each parking space shall be maintained in a clean, safe and attractive condition and shall be kept free from litter and debris. No gasoline, gasohol, distillate, diesel, kerosene, naphtha, or other similar volatile combustible or explosive materials shall be stored in any parking area except in the fuel tanks of vehicles parked therein and used for transportation purposes. Owners, residents and lessees shall abide by all traffic laws within Pitchfork.
