Out the deck doors from this room is an expansive deck with a dining table and chairs as well as a smaller deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the view of Mt. CB. There is also a fantastic new hot tub on the deck for your use.
The house is set up with 2 master suites, 1 on each floor. The lower master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The upper master has a king bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower.
The 3rd bedroom is on the main floor of the house and has 2 full sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor is a laundry room and powder bath.
Upstairs you will also find an open office that has 2 desks, a pullout couch (full size), gas fireplace and flat screen television. Next to this is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The office is a great place to work from and to enjoy a little downtime. All televisions have satellite tv.
On the west side of the house there is a separate apartment accessible from an outside entrance. Completely private with a living area, small kitchen, full bath and bedroom with a queen bed and a futon, this is a great space for anyone needing a bit of their own space.
The 2 car garage has space to park 1 car, the owner does keep a car in the 2nd bay. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars maximum.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. The HOA does not allow RV’s or trailers to be parked in the driveway. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not street-side.
We do NOT allow parties of any kind, this includes but is not limited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor or bachelorette parties/gatherings. Only 10 people are allowed in/on the property at any given time.
