This is a fantastic, well maintained Crested Mountain Condo. This condo complex is skier’s right of the base area. You literally walk out your door and put your skis on. The base area with shuttle services, ski shops, restaurants, etc are seconds away.

The condo is on the slope level and on the backside of the bldg, you would walk down a 1/2 a flight of stairs to reach the main door. To get to the slopes, you walk out your sliding glass door to the slopes. On this level you will find a comfortable family room with a gas fireplace and flatscreen tv, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a powder bath.

The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms share a bathroom. Those rooms are set up with a queen in one room and 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the other (4 twin beds in total). A full size washer and dryer can be found in the guest bathroom.

In the winter season, please note that because this condo is on the slopes, you may hear the groomers in their cats in the middle of the night readying the slopes with some perfect corduroy for the morning.

Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally.  In the winter season it is open from opening day to closing day and in the summer it is open mid-June-Labor Day.  If you are coming before or after these times and the hot tub is important to you, please ask if it will be open.

No trailers or RV’s are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There is parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one parked directly behind the garage.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.  

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations may be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date.  The 5% booking fee will not be refunded. 

If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission.  If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee.  There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.

 

Parking: Due to minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle of any kind shall be kept, maintained, or allowed on the exterior of the Crested Mountain Condominiums owner’s garage for each residential condominium unit.  The Board of Directors has authorized the managing agent to remove, without notice, vehicles and/or equipment that are illegally parked.  Towing will be at the offending vehicle owner’s expense.  Outdoor parking is at vehicle owner’s risk and the association accepts no liability for damages.  ANY VEHICLE PARKED OUTSIDE MUST BE PARKED IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR FOR YOUR UNIT.

  • Parking permits must be visibly displayed to include a phone number in case of emergencies.
  • No vehicle may block access to another unit’s garage access or parking area.
  • No recreational equipment, buses or trailers shall be parked, stored, or maintained by any unit owner or renter upon the exterior of the property.
  • Residents unable to comply with the above are encouraged to use nearby paid parking or free parking in town
  • There is not additional parking for owner’s loft. Parking for loft use must be accommodated within the parking allocation of the unit renting the loft.
  • Owners are encouraged to negotiate use of parking spots with other owners but must still display a parking pass with phone number.
  • Due to limited winter access for snowplowing, the G2 unit is permitted to park a single vehicle in a designated spot near the trash dumpster.
  • Due to multiple summer construction projects, one spot at the “A” end of the parking area is designated for daily use of construction crews. Winter use of this spot is prohibited due to snow storage.
