This fully appointed 4BR/4BA unit is ideal for a large family or group. The large, well stocked kitchen has brand new appliances as well as ample counter space and is suited for any group. Sit down with the family for dinner at the large dining room table, which seats up to 12 with the added leaf, and enjoy the views of Whetstone Mountain across the valley. This unit is located on the south end of the complex and has outstanding views and great natural light. All bathrooms will have been completely renovated as of December 2022.
The comfortable living room has a gas fire place, large TV with satellite channels, a blueray player and internet enabled apps. The deck off of the living room offers some wonderful views of the surrounding landscape and is an ideal spot to watch the sunset. The couch in the living room is a queen pull out. The first floor master bedroom is complete with a king bed and ensuite full bath. Across the hall are two twin beds and a full bath which is off of the kitchen. There is a full sized stacked washer and dryer in this hall as well.
Upstairs you will find a loft with a full pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms upstairs, one has a king bed, the other a queen bed. All of the towels and linens are brand new! Both rooms have full bathrooms. The entry way to the condo is in a shared hall. Two flights of indoor stairs are required to reach the condo. This condo is perfect for the skiing or downhill mountain biking family as it is adjacent to the ski resort. You can access ski in/ski out from the north end of the parking area. There is bike storage in the basement of the building.
You can enjoy the community hot tub just outside your building door. The hot tub does have seasonal times that it is open. Normally it is open the entire ski season. It closes after ski season ends til about the 3rd week of June and will remain open through the summer and into September. If you are coming in our fall shoulder season (Sept-Nov) you might ask if it will be open if its important to you. There is a grill in this area as well.
This complex cannot allow trailers as parking is tight. With that said, there are only 2 parking spaces available and one is the garage space. The garage can accommodate most vehicles but they cannot have a rooftop box. The garage height is 82 inches.
This condo is on the bus route in the winter and the bus picks you up every hour at the base of the parking lot. You can ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot as well.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Renters less than 25 years of age are welcome with their parent or guardian. 1 dog well behaved dog is welcome.
4 or all wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.
