This gem of a house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths-a perfect configuration for two families. It’s quiet location on the northeast edge of town is convenient to the free bus shuttle as well as Elk Ave, the heart of downtown Crested Butte. It’s a perfect location to access trails close to town. The private backyard/patio, complete with propane fire pit and charcoal grill, adjacent to the living area, provides a lovely resting place after an adventurous day in the mountains. The property has an open floor plan and ground floor living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows which make it feel open and warm. A fully stocked kitchen has ample room for family dinners as well as seating for 4 at a table in the kitchen and seating for 6 at the dining room table. The living room has a large smart TV (currently functioning with Chromecast and an Apple TV) and new furniture. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor that share a full bath. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds). There is also a full washer and dryer as well as a mudroom on this floor.
The second floor has the master bedroom with king bed and couch/sitting area and en suite full bath. This delightful space has vaulted ceilings and a large closet area.
There is a one car attached garage which is perfect for storing bikes, ski equipment or any other gear one might have. There are 3 townie bikes for use which are stored in the garage. You’ll love cruising around town on one of these!
No smoking of any substance is allowed in the property.
Minimum rental age is 25. Guests under 25 are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
There are two off-street parking spaces.
