This is a 3 bedroom Chateaux unit that is just across the street from the base area of CBMR. The condo has been partially renovated with hardwood floors in the kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen was also completely redone. Its a very comfortable place with amazing views off the deck. The condo is well-stocked with all you might need.
The living area has comfortable seating for 5-6 with a couch and love seat. The dining area has seating for 6 at the dining room table with 3 additional seats at the bar top. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2 guest bedrooms have a queen sized bed in one and a bunkbed with a twin and a double bed as well as a single stand alone bed in the other. All have brand new linens, blankets and comforters. The bathrooms have brand new towels.
The complex has an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a sauna. This is a fantastic place to set up base camp while you explore all that the Crested Butte area has to offer.
The condo is on the bus route to the ski area and it runs through the complex every 20 minutes in the winter with 2 convenient stops on the property.
Please note that the pool/hot tub/sauna area is open seasonally. Typically it is open in season – winter season opening day to closing day and then will reopen mid-June through Labor Day. The pool will close after that but the hot tub will remain open for most of Sept. Please ask if this is an important piece for you!
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.
