The kitchen is roomy and very well stocked. There’s every small appliance you can think of: a griddle, ninja blender, toaster oven, french press, Mr Coffee drip coffee maker, a food processor, crock pot and microwave. Off of the kitchen is a desk in the TV nook area, as well as a half bath. Upstairs, on the third floor, you’ll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is an oversized master with king bed, south facing windows for views and light, a desk, large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, an oversized tub with travertine tile shower, and a separate toilet room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and inviting decor. Bedroom 3 has a set of twin bunk beds as well as a full bed. These rooms share a full bathroom complete with a tub.
There is a full sized laundry set on the ground floor as well as a mudroom for gear, jackets, and shoes. A garage is available for storing bikes or parking a car inside. This property has a gas grill. There is room for 2 cars on sight-one is the garage, and one in the driveway. HOA covenants do not allow street side parking so only 2 parking spaces are available. Trailers and RV’s cannot be parked in the Pitchfork subdivision.
Please note that on some of our marketing channels this property is showing up as having A/C. It does NOT nor do any of our rentals. Fortunately in the mountains our evening summer temps get into the 50’s so simply by opening the windows you’ll experience some lovely temps and nature made A/C.
This is a pet friendly property where ONE well behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee. No cats allowed. We can only allow ONE DOG. No exceptions. Any damage incurred by the pet will be the responsibility of the renter.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees as well.

Parking and Vehicles. Parking of vehicles on a Lot is permitted only within Garages or designated parking spaces, except that vehicles may be parked temporarily in other areas as an expedience while loading and unloading. Personal property storage in each Garage shall be limited so as to enable the intended number of motor vehicles to be stored in each such Garage. No Persons shall park any vehicles on Outlot A, designated on the Plat, except Owners and Permitted Users of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10. (4.6)
The following are absolutely prohibited from within the Common Interest Community and shall not be parked or stored on any street or Lot or in a Garage:
An illegally parked vehicle is subject to towing and impounding in accordance with Town ordinances. Such action may be initiated by any Owner, resident or lessee without prior notice. Parking is expressly prohibited on any grass or landscaped area. Each parking space shall be maintained in a clean, safe and attractive condition and shall be kept free from litter and debris. No gasoline, gasohol, distillate, diesel, kerosene, naphtha, or other similar volatile combustible or explosive materials shall be stored in any parking area except in the fuel tanks of vehicles parked therein and used for transportation purposes. Owners, residents and lessees shall abide by all traffic laws within Pitchfork.
