CBMR is closed for the season due to Covid-19. We are following our county public health director’s mandates on when we will be able to reopen for short term rental business. Currently our county is closed at least until mid-April.
On 4/2/2020 we have altered our cancellation policy to 14 days. If you request cancellation at least 14 days prior to your arrival date you may cancel with only a $100 cancellation fee. Once you are 13 days or less from your arrival date the reservation will be non-refundable. This is for any reservations that end by 12/15/2020.
This is a beautiful ski in/out 4 bedroom Paradise condo. Located in the Aspen building this condo also has garage parking for one car and easy access to the lifts. This is a wonderful place to call home while coming to enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer.
As you walk into the condo you will find a mudroom area for gear storage and then you walk into the completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful granite and new cabinets help to accent a lovely space to cook. Just beyond the kitchen, you have a dining area that seats 8 at the table with 3 additional bar stools to sit at the bar top. Beyond the dining area is a comfortable living space with couch and 2 chairs. To add a nice ambiance to the unit you’ll also enjoy the gas fireplace that has been completely redone with new tile. To the right of the kitchen you’ll find 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The master has a king bed and a door to the deck to enjoy the views. The guest bedroom on this floor has 2 twin beds in it. All bathrooms in the unit have tub/shower combos and single sinks. The flooring in the mudroom, kitchen, dining and living area has also just been replaced. There is a great deck outside the living room to enjoy some really fabulous views.
Upstairs from the living room you’ll find a loft space that has a large futon and a loveseat to offer plenty of space to hang out in. From here you will find the other 2 bedrooms in the unit. The upper master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and the guest room has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom.
There is a small laundry room off of the loft area with a new full-sized washer and dryer.
You can enjoy the community hot tub just outside your building door. The hot tub does have seasonal times that it is open. Normally it is open the entire ski season. It closes after ski season ends til about the 3rd week of June and will remain open through the summer and into September. If you are coming in our fall shoulder season (Sept-Nov) you might ask if it will be open if its important to you.
This complex cannot allow trailers as parking is tight. With that said, there are only 2 parking spaces available and one is the garage space. The garage can accommodate most vehicles but they cannot have a rooftop box.
This condo is on the bus route in the winter and the bus picks you up every hour at the base of the parking lot.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome as is 1 well-behaved dog. Renters less than 25 years of age are welcome with their parent or guardian.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the first day of your reservation less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 60 day’s notice will result in 100% loss of all rental payment. If we can replace your reservation and re-book the dates, we will credit you any monies that we are able to recoup up to your full rental amount over your rental period less a $100 fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
4 or all wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.
