Begin your adventures in this comfortable 3 bedroom duplex in the Villa’s subdivision of Mt. Crested Butte. Walk to the lifts or ride to your favorite trail, the convenience of this property is perfectly located to access anything that you might want to do.
Set up as an “upside down” house to capitalize on the stunning views that surround you, you will find the living spaces upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. On the main level you will find a well equipped kitchen with everything that you might need to create a fantastic meal for your hungry crew. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace to warm up after a long day recreating on the slopes and plenty of seating to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Adjoining the living room is a dining area that seats 8 at the table and 2 more at the bartop. A powder bath completes this floor.
The lower floor has all 3 bedrooms. The master is set up with a king bed and television as well as an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a separate shower and jetted bathtub. The middle bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins total) and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed in it with a small flatscreen tv. The 2 guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom at the end of the hall with a shower in it. You will also find a linen closet with extra sheets and towels and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
The garage can fit one vehicle in it as well as providing storage for your gear. In the winter due to the slightly steep driveway and the turn required to get into the garage you may or may not be able to get your vehicle in it. Depending on size, 1 or 2 additional cars can fit in the driveway. In the winter months it might be best to have an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive car to get in and out of the driveway. No on street parking is allowed in the town of CB. It is very short but a little steep which in winter conditions can be a touch slippery.
On the deck is a 3 person hot tub for your use as well as a charcoal grill. You’ll enjoy the expansive views of Mt. Crested Butte and the ski area from here.
Guests 25 years or older are welcome to rent this property. Those younger are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email or look for the policy online from the marketing site you are using.

Reservations may be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date. The 5% booking fee will not be refunded.
If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
Parking: No trailers, RVs, boats, side by sides, ATVs, may be parked outside. These must fit inside the garage. All other vehicles, including cars and trucks, shall be parked in the designated off-street parking associated with the subject unit at all times (this is the garage and driveway only). The maximum number of vehicles permitted shall be limited to the amount of off-street parking associated with the subject unit which is 2. No parking is allowed on any street, or in the overflow parking lot since the overflow parking lot is for owner use only. No parking on the grass of any unit.
