We have altered our cancellation policy and you can cancel, for any reason, with a $100 cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to arrival. This applicable for any reservations that end by 4/4/2021. If Gunnison County, the State of Colorado, or Crested Butte Mountain Resort has to shut down due to Covid-19 within the 14 day window, we will refund you if you cannot come, or will refund any unused nights in your reservation if you are already here and have to leave early.
This is a fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located in the coveted West End of Crested Butte. Pet friendly and only 2 blocks from the main town business district and the free town shuttle stop on Elk Ave.
The home is set up as an upside-down house with living on the top floor to capitalize on the views. The 2nd floor has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings which allow for more light and a sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The home has plenty of seating for family dinners with a dining room table that seats 6 and additional bar seats for more family and friends. Off of the dining nook is a deck with a bbq grill. The living room has a gas fireplace to warm up after a long day playing in the backcountry and a flatscreen tv. Curl up on the cozy sofa in the evening and just relax.
On the first floor of the house, you will find all 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. In this room you will also find the laundry area with stackable washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed in it while the 3rd bedroom is set up with 2 twins. These 2 guest bedrooms share a full bath. Completing this floor is a large mudroom to put your coats, boots and shoes.
If requested, we are happy to provide you with a pack n play. The house is equipped with a high chair, baby gates and an umbrella baby stroller.
This house is pet friendly and we allow 1 well behaved dog. The yard is enclosed in the summer and fall and guests are welcome to enjoy the private front and side yard areas.
The backyard is reserved for the family that lives in the accessory dwelling. The fence is removed in the winter and early spring due to snowfall.
No smoking of any substance is allowed in the property.
Minimum rental age is 25. Guests under 25 are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
There is one off-street parking space.
The Town of Crested Butte short term rental license # is 001158.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Reservations with departure dates after 4/4/2021 can be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date with a $100 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel your reservation in the non-refundable period, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the $100 cancellation fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
