This is a fantastic, well maintained Crested Mountain Condo. This condo complex is skier’s right of the base area. You literally walk out your door and put your skis on. The base area with shuttle services, ski shops, restaurants, etc are seconds away.
The condo is on the slope level and on the backside of the bldg, you would walk down a 1/2 a flight of stairs to reach the main door. To get to the slopes, you walk out your sliding glass door to the slopes. On this level you will find a comfortable family room with a gas fireplace and flatscreen tv, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a powder bath.
The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms share a bathroom. Those rooms are set up with a queen in one room and 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the other (4 twin beds in total). A full size washer and dryer can be found in the guest bathroom.
In the winter season, please note that because this condo is on the slopes, you may hear the groomers in their cats in the middle of the night readying the slopes with some perfect corduroy for the morning.
Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. In the winter season it is open from opening day to closing day and in the summer it is open mid-June-Labor Day. If you are coming before or after these times and the hot tub is important to you, please ask if it will be open.
No trailers or RV’s are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants. There is parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one parked directly behind the garage.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date. The 5% booking fee will not be refunded.
If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
Parking: Due to minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle of any kind shall be kept, maintained, or allowed on the exterior of the Crested Mountain Condominiums owner’s garage for each residential condominium unit. The Board of Directors has authorized the managing agent to remove, without notice, vehicles and/or equipment that are illegally parked. Towing will be at the offending vehicle owner’s expense. Outdoor parking is at vehicle owner’s risk and the association accepts no liability for damages. ANY VEHICLE PARKED OUTSIDE MUST BE PARKED IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR FOR YOUR UNIT.
