This is a great home in a super quiet location in the town of Crested Butte. The house is on an alley corner that backs up to open space. Easy walk to the free shuttle to the mountain, the farmer’s market and of course Elk Ave. Only a block to the Nordic Center/hockey rink this is a great house to make your home while you plan your adventures in CB.
The main floor is a great room that has 2 living spaces with couches (a tv with Directv), a fully equipped and renovated kitchen and dining area. Also on this floor is a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room/mud room with a full sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and a small sitting area with a television. This tv is connected to Roku. The 2 guest rooms have queen beds and a shared full bathroom.
The yard is fenced and has 2 outbuildings that are for the owners use only. Parking is on street only. There is also a pack n play crib in the house for guest use. A grill is not available at this property.
Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property but children with their legal parent or guardian are always welcome.
